Sandu Bilagyl is a natural diarrhea and dysentery treatment. It also aids in the relief of diarrhoea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), stomach pain, and bloating. It contains Bael (Aegle Marmelos), which digests undigested food and is hence very helpful in treating diarrhea and dysentery.
