Dosage:
To achieve the best results, place the prescribed amount of Mahanarayana Thailam in a bowl and place the bowl in warm water to slightly warm it. Pick up the oil and sit in a comfortable position on a non-slippery surface once it has been mildly heated (preferably on the floor). For relief, massage the oil all over your body.
