Sit in a comfortable position on a non-slippery surface and test the temperature of the oil by putting a drop on your inner wrist. Apply it gently all over your body.
Although Dhanwantharam oil is primarily used as a post-pregnancy massage oil, it can also be used to treat stretch marks during pregnancy.
