This is usually due to inactivity, sedentary lifestyles, or poor eating habits. Churna has cooling effects on the body, which counteracts the excessive heat caused by Pitta dosha imbalance.
It reduces acidity by balancing the Pitta and Rechana doshas. Chandra will be beneficial in reducing painful piles as a pain-relieving Pitta and Vata dosha balancing natural remedy. The herb has Rechana properties and can help with constipation.
Dosage:
Churna should be consumed in amounts of 3-4 grammes twice daily, after meals.
To swallow the capsules, use lukewarm water. It is recommended that you take it once at bedtime if you are using it as a laxative.
