Dose: Take one Amaltas Phali (Cassia Fistula piece). Divide it in small pieces (4 to 5). Dip it in Water for at least 24 hours. Mash its white side with Spoon or knife. Take Fennel seeds and soak them overnight. Mix the Amaltas mix in the fennel seeds water. Warm it slightly and enjoy this herbal Tea. You can add honey as per your taste, if needed.
