Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

Since our shipments originate from India to international destinations, involving high costs for customs clearance, delivery, and other incidental expenses, we have established specific guidelines for returns, replacements, and refunds.

Returns

• Due to high shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and complex procedures for the clearance of Ayurvedic products, returns are not possible.

Replacement and Refunds

• Replacement and refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our Neel Ayurvedics team.
• Any incorrect product order does not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.
• Requests for replacement or refunds must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
• Refunds will not be processed if the customer fails to comply with the customs regulations of their country. Any applicable customs fees must be borne by the customer.
• Replacement timelines may vary and could take 20-25 days depending on assessment and processing time.
• In the event of a lost package during transit, a new shipment will be dispatched within 3-4 days upon receipt of notification.
• Neel Ayurvedics reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding refunds. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, our decisions are final.
• Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 8-12 days from the initiation date.

Upon receiving your replacement or refund request, Neel Ayurvedics will:

1. Verify Authenticity: Validate the authenticity of the request.
2. Check Product Condition: Inspect the product’s condition at the time of delivery for any damages.
3. Investigate Non-Delivery Reason: Investigate the reason for undelivered shipments.

If the request is deemed justified, we will proceed with the replacement or refund process.
